My advice:

Slow down the physical. Take time to explore your emotional and intellectual attractions.

And if you are so inclined, PRAY. Pray long and hard "Is this the man for me?" and look for His answer.

That kind of predicament is an evil one that's for sure. Ouch....it was mean what he said and kinda stupid on his part. Guys are stupid at times. But I know you don't wanna get caught in a triangle either (they AREN'T fun) Anyhoo, I know what that feels like. Just take it slow, and DON'T do something you'll regret cause if you do you could possibly loose both of them.
Just I'd say lay low for a bit, concentrate on ONE guy and let that be an end to it END TO IT! haha (I'm in a HELP! mood....)
Anyhoo aside from that I hope all works out!
