Well! I certainly do not know the meaning of this, but I assure you that it is not in any way, shape, or form anything to be acknowledged or taken seriously. It is a load of rubbish compiled by two frightened people probably too afraid to even sign their own surnames on the thing. If it does not matter, then why am I so vexed by it?
