Supreme Court takes 'Bong Hits 4 Jesus' free speech case

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- A high school student's controversial banner with the words "Bong Hits 4 Jesus," which led to his suspension, will be argued before the Supreme Court, in an unusual free speech dispute.

just like sascha baron cohen, he IS protected, there ARE fundamental freedoms that the government has restrictions placed on them so that you may retain them, and even though they have/will piss off a bunch of people, they should get off scot-free.

oh, I think I need to have my teeth z-rayed, but that's another story...
