We left later than intended Thursday night. Big surprise. Turns out Smokey, the cat, meows constantly while in a car.

We made really great time from here to Duluth and were able to spend some time with Michael's Aunt Beverly in the hospital there. She is recovering from Colon Cancer surgery. She had a tumor the size of a grapefruit, but she ( Read more... )

Wow, travel is a whole different experience up there. The word "Adventure" really means something.

I am so glad that you understood what I was trying to convey. They are so utterly fabulous. I am so lucky that I have these people around that love me. I get all misty when I think of how I feel when I am around them. :)

Thanks, me too!

Minnesota goes out of it's way to try and kill you three, four times a year. It really tries a person. I had no idea there was this much weather to be had in a year until I moved here. I mean, hell, it was 70 the saturday before we went! We didn't have gloves or anything!
