I have three things to say right now

One - I will be making something that uses modeling or molding (depending on who is talking) chocolate in the near future.  The stuff is too cool to not use it.

Two - My addiction to terriyaki beef jerky is getting out of hand.   I should buy stock in Jack Links.

I would have loved your help, but I am done with the project. Was moving into my new filing cabinets for 2007 accounts payable. Whee.

And I am out of jerky here at work, but at home I still have some...

Perhaps you will get to taste/see the modeling chocolate in the future though. If this cake thing I have going on stays going on.

I have always loved the stuff for some reason. It is nice that it is low fat and not too terrible in the calorie zone. Sodium is out of control, but so it goes.

Lately though, I can't get enough of the stuff. There must be something in it that my body is craving. It could just be that I love cow meat and don't have it often enough.
