WOW.  I am utterly thrilled.  I spent several hours going through the books last night, reveling in the information at my fingertips.  These are exactly what I need to get me to the next level of my hoped progression towards Pastry Wizard.

Sure, you can be a guinea pig food tester. Thanks for asking!

I just need to know what you hate or are allergic to in sweet foods. I do have a regular "Breakfast Fairy" stop, but there should be more than they can handle.

We can barely eat a quarter of a cake in this house so I have to find places to take the extra. You cannot let good food/desserts go to waste. It is a sin!
