Just wanted to post that I am SO excited!  I am totally going to California in April for 8ish days!  My uncle/godfather is getting married to his perfect match and I am so excited.  The wedding will be done in full Civil War regalia as they met on a reenactment battlefield.  WOOT!

We just went up to see what had gone on in the last several hours....  They had flipped the roof out of the way and exposed the basement.  And you could see more of the damage to the lady next door's home.  Her windows are all broken and there is a large hole into her kitchen ( Read more... )

Cool.  Kare 11 is using a couple of Michael's photos of the destroyed building I have been babbling about. :)  Neat!  Off to the right of the page there is a photo square that initially shows an image saying explosion then it switches to one of two of the shots he sent them and then to the other one.
