1. Hee... no clue. I'll take a stab in the dark and say Dunston Checks In 2. Not sure... 3. Ooh! That's from Dogma, isn't it? I want to say the character is Gabriel... the one Alan Rickman plays. 4. Sounds familiar... 5. LOL isn't that Titanic? Said by Jack? 6. Oh, darnit... I know this one... 7. Hah! That's from P&P - Miss Bingley to Elizabeth. 8. Sounds vaguely familiar. 9. See above. 10. That sounds like something Austen... 11. My only guess is Apollo 13, but that can't be right.
3 was actually said by Serendipity, the muse, but I'll give it to you anyway. :P Good job on 5 and 7, I tried to chose obscure-ish quotes but you're too quick for me!
1- dunno. :( 2- dunno. :( 3- good that Sara knew, 'cause I didn't 4- ooooh... that sounds like Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With the Wind (Vivian Leigh - and I hope I didn't mess up her name!) 5- Titanic, of course and that would be Rose (and I forget what her name is... idiot me!) But then... Sara got that anyway. LOL 6- dunno. :( 7- yeah, I don't know that one either... 8- wild guess would be Casablanca, but I must be wrong. 9- is that from Fried Green Tomatoes, by any chance? sounds like it... 10- dunno. :( 11- dunno. :(
I only know number 10 - Sense and Sensibility. How pathetic is that?
Oh, someone's beaten me to it.
Elinor Dashwood did say it, but Marianne said the same thing back to her, mocking her. It could be either of the sisters. HOw adorable was Kate Winslet in that movie? And do you remember Emma Thompson's acceptance speech at the Golden Globes when she won best Screenplay? Sealed her in my heart forever. =)
