 It's been a while and I only have time for a quick entry, but my gluten free in Texas comm has really taken off and I'm so glad! I really want to be able to help others who suffer from my same allergy, and be able to ask questions myself. Yay I feel accomplished

Hi, I've added you as a friend to my LJ. My mother-in-law is unable to eat gluten and wheat, and it's been fun most of the time trying to find meals that are suitable for her to eat when she comes over. Anyway, I'd love to be added, if you feel like it. :)
