I'm A Seamstress
Well not really, but I did successfully hem one of my nice pencil skirts today! I always wanted to be able to sew, even had my own sewing machine when I was little, but I was never good at using it. Vouvray
Just got back from the movie, it was pretty good! Hopefully this will be M. Knight's comeback film. Now we're home watching the office, and I'm drinking my favorite wine, french Vouvray (which we had on our honeymoon) in my beautiful crystal wine glass. Life is good. Pretty New Coats
Just got done working out, and I want to share my awesome finds at Marshall's today. I've really been wanting a cute leather (or fake leather because come on Chris and I certainly aren't rich right now lol) jacket for when it gets colder and I found it. I love it! It's really flattering:-)

Baked Ziti
Today has been okay, better than yesterday. I took my day to be sad about not getting the job, and now I'm moving forward. I applied to a TON of jobs last night and today so hopefully I will be getting some responses from that. Here's hoping!

No Job Success
Well I found out I didn't get the job and I really have no idea why. I dressed and acted professionally, I have experience but not so much that I'm over qualified, I got along with the women who work there. Back pain
This weekend was pretty crappy. Chris and I had to work out some issues involving divvying up household duties and we really didn't do anything fun at all. So lame. I found an article that I LOVE. It absolutely captures how it is to a married woman. Post Interview
I just got home from my interview, I think it went well! I really hope I get the job, I know I would be good at it. They're supposed to decide by tomorrow and let me know either tomorrow or Monday, so now I'm just waiting. I really really hope I get it ( Read more... ) -
Emma Update
We're trying to get Emma's weight down from 17 lbs to 12. She's been on a lower calorie diet and eating wet food for two weeks and has so far lost two pounds, so that's good. I'd like her to get down to 12 within 2 months if not sooner, but two months seems like a good time line.
