Bush I am watching just was talking the Katrina thing could have been avoided. He was saying is people would have left the area when the announcement came out for evacuation, more people would have been safe. sometimes I think that bush forgets that not everyone has a house in Florida and in Texas (and in DC) that they can run to whenever they feel

Ugh. That is so messed up. How can he fail to realize that many people didn't have cars, money, etc. to get out of there?

Did you hear about the group of tourists who were stuck down there and tried to pay a bus company $25,000 to come down there and get them? I thought that was absolutely disgusting. They had $25,000 and couldn't look around and think of something better to do with it?!?

Everything going on down there - or not going on down there, I guess I should say - is absolutely outrageous.
