Man, C.S. Lewis is such a stud. Today he talked about the whole faith vs. works thing. He starts out by pointing that God is in us, so us doing a good work, is really Him doing a good work through us. Actually, let me not mess all this up by trying to paraphrase his genius ( Read more... )

Heck ya, I so totally agree with you about C.S. Lewis being a stud. I just finished reading his book "the Great Divorce" and I absolutly loved it. I must say(ashamedly) it is the first work of his besides the Narnia series(cause I had to in elemtary school). As soon as I finish the book I am working on now I am looking at starting "Mere Christianity".

I just finished the narnia series. I must say that the great divorce is probally one of my favorite books of all time. I am working on finishing the last section of Mere Christianity right now. A heads up, it starts out a little hard to stick to, but if you do, it really picks up towards the end.
