um, no! Phil invented that already.. he got a rubberband and wrote 'livestrong' on it because he was too cheap to buy the real thing which like ruins the whole point of wearing one... yeah idk.

umm yeah you or phil so totally didn't invent that. i have a kit that i got like a million years ago that has colored rubberbands and gel pens for writing on them.
