Seriously, Tee, I am just so outraged and speechless over this! It's so awful! I know calling the cops on him may make the situation worse, but might he be stupid enough to admit it to the cops that he shot your dog if they questioned him? And even better if they happen to smell pot or some other illegal substance he probably has in his house.
