Spam. No not the meat in a can. But I have been getting spam replies to my posts..On Blogger people have to write the little letters in a box before they can reply to a post. I always thought that was kind of weird. Fortunately LJ has been good at alerting me to these posts and not letting them go through. Thank you for that, LJ -
Weeds
How is it that we can lose our favorite plants to a freeze, even when we cover them up, but the weeds continue to flourish!! Yesterday was warm and nice, so I pulled lots of weeds. Maybe I should just embrace them as ground cover. -
Homecoming
My son is wearing a suit and tie. For the first time. Ever. -

It's positively gorgeous here, cool in the mornings and at nights, warm and sunny during the days!! Perfect weather for working in the yard or pouring ceramics or just taking a walk!!! Truly one of the best times of the year in Mississippi!!!

Lots of changes going on at work this past month and a half, requiring a lot of not very fun paper work and some suspense regarding salaries, rules, getting it all done, plus our regular work. Vacation
Yes, Life has been crazy. I have been working LONG hours the past few weeks to accomplish all the new paperwork required because my company has contracted out the the rehab department. So instead of working for the nursing home, I'll be working for a contract rehab. company.

Long Weekend!
Have I mentioned how much I enjoy time off work? A lot. This is a long weekend for me. Some things I need to do, but basically, 4 free days!!! Hurray!!!! -
A New Year
Yes, I know it's not New Year's Day, but it is my birthday. So it is a new year in the life of Jill.
