Me Steve and Rob went bike riding Saturday night and it was fun and very exciting till about 12:15 at night when we were on our way home and Rob stopped to lite a smoke bomb. Yeah I need his job, gettin on people about stupid smoke bombs and spittin on the ground being a nasty fuck that he was. I think he was doing more wrong then I was by spittin on the ground like 6 times, it was ewwie

Heh. Well, throwing smoke bombs would technically be considered disturbing the peace....I think.

No its not disturbing the peace its just littering according to the cop and it was private property, but he was a cock bite anyways.
