So I don't think I ever updated here or on FB. The sellers of the house received another offer last Thursday and their RE agent called ours, to see if we wanted to bring our offer back to the table.  As I have been able to sit on this for quite some time, I realize whereas I do love that house it needs at least 300K to make it what i want it to be
