Well, I know that was in the press release a few weeks back. But what if they were just fucking with us and they just ended it?

That was my fear from the moment that episode ended Wednesday. But the more I think about it, the more I come up with that hasn't been addressed about the mysteries yet. So there's no way they'd do that. It'd be a cheap way out.

Yeah, it was that nuts. Maybe you should catch up on DVD this summer and figure out what the craziness is about?

yeah, that's an extremely vague post!

lost has changed the format though - it will run mid-season and just run 16 eps straight instead of spreading out throughout tv season...

so you may be waiting longer - i don't think it comes back til like, mid-feb.

That's what I heard, but the way the episode ended, it actually could've been the end of the series. It wasn't so much a cliff hanger as it was an ending point that could go on if they wanted to, but they could just leave it alone too.
