but what if nobody wants to do it? :-)
Then you have to live with it. Life isn't fair.

they will say that they represent true Islam and inspired by it, but why should we believe them?
Why should a believe any believer?

But we can't rewrite the Bible, can we?
I can't proof it but I'm sure the books in the Bible have been rewritten, many times, so why can't rewrite the Bible right now?

When people base their life and deeds on a certain book, others should be allowed to question that book. Why not?

or try to help yourself.
"the rescue of the drowning man should be performed by the drowning man themselves" - famous russian quotation.
"im lo ani li mi li?" - "if not I for myself - then who?" - famous hebrew saying.
"nobody will give us salvation
nither God, no Tzar or Heroe
we will achive liberation
with our own hands" - revolutionary song. etc.

Why should a believe any believer?
???

maybe

so why can't rewrite the Bible right now?
well, you can.. but there is a small problem: nobody will give a damn about your rewriting. at least, unless you will declear yourself new sone of God or something. but it is very difficult and risky business..

others should be allowed to question that book
you can, but the same question that I asked about critisizing remains valid. see above.

Indeed and you have to make the decision yourself: persevere or give up. Nobody will give the answer and definitely don’t trust Holy books or wise men, they only make money on insecurity; they only give the impression of an answer.

???
What I wanted to say was: why should we believe any believer? (You wondered why we should believe Osama Bin Laden).

so why can't we rewrite the Bible right now?,
I noticed you opened a special thread for this question.
