Turning forty seems to be like one of those moments in a story, where the heroine is choosing her path and there is a big door with words inscribed in Latin above “Abandon all hope, ye who enter here”.  Warning her, in no uncertain terms that just by entering, she will cast herself into what could possibly be the worst of damnations

They are not wrinkles! They are waves of wisdom! (Laughing) For me it's the neck wattle thingy. I stayed pretty well preserved in my forties but the fifties are taking a toll!

It seems that the twenties and thirties were more like Hell (or at least Purgatory) than being forty! I hope you continue on your path of happiness. I would think that wearing sensible shoes that don't kill your feet would be worth an incipient wrinkle or two!

They were fun years, but I wouldn't ever swap them for what I have now :)
