Oooooo sucky!! I'm sorry you got laid off, but that's better than fired, right? Cuz at least you can get unemployment pay.

And I say you should TOTALLY do the t-shirt thing!! You'll be "greating" customers!! You know what that says to me? NETWORKING!! :-) Hee.

Good luck!!

oh, I'm sure there are! There are a lot of companies here that do legitimate, respectable, promotional work. Somehow, I feel that this one may not be one of them. hehehe :)

Sorry about being laid off.

My sister got paid in college to walk around the mall wearing some company's tshirt. Ridiculous.

Also sorry to hear about your job.

That ad reminds me of a radio commercial that gets played around here, trying to recruit girls to be strippers. It's voiced by a woman and it goes, "Are you a single mom struggling to make ends meet?" Heavenly Bodies "Are you a college student who can't make your rent?" Heavenly Bodies "Are you just looking for a way to pay off your debt?" Heavenly Bodies!

LOL!!!! See, now I'm just going to hear "heavenly bodies" in my head at random anytime I ask someone a question. "Did you buy milk?" heavenly bodies....

Awwh. Sorry, chica. Here's hoping the next gig is incredibly awesome and makes you feel really glad you got laid-off.
