Last night I fell asleep downstairs recording a film, everyone else was in bed, I was lying on the sofa, in the dark, I heard someone enter the room, they were making a lot of noise, I assumed it was my brother . I asked him what was wrong as he was stamping and fuming to himself,he failed to answer and began to stamp around the sofa, encircling me

How horrifying! And I know for me, that moment when I am waking from being asleep is a weak moment, when I feel I don't have complete control and emotional things feel intensified.

I've been pushed by something in the back as I left a room, once something tried to smother me and I've had my hair pulled by something. My mum suffered the worst, she was sleeping on the sofa in that same room and was tipped onto the floor
