pss: lucky for you MD's usually don't deal with the secretions and excrements. RN's have the unfortunate pleasure of yelling out "YES!" when a post-operative child has a bowel movement, in fear that all that narcotic could constipate him.
So lucky for you. Well then again, with you direction, you'll get to see all the gory-kind of secretions.

true... which is why i value the work u RNs do... its a tough job and i have a lot of respect for it. but yeah, not looking forward to having to smell patient's bad breath and touch their "gunk" for the rest of my career... a small sacrifice right?! lol
