After several days of having a busted sink, Amber and I managed to cut out the old drain and replace it with a new one. Which works! Yay! Now we can clean all our dishes!

It was mostly Nick. I suggested using the drill in the first place, but it was his idea to drill holes in the locking washer so as to cut through one side. And his arms getting exhausted using the drill at odd angles. :)

But from the perspective of someone who doesn't even have any idea what a locking washer is, or how using a drill on it will improve it in any way...you both still rock! :)

I didn't know any of that either, until the sink got busted and we had to figure it all out.
