Better educated people make better citizens and better workers. Therefore, I propose that every American worker be afforded the opportunity to avail himself of a year's educational sabbatical leave once every 10 years.

The right way to fight outsourcing of jobs is not by erecting trade barriers but by preparing our youth to compete.
