TV Reaction: Sons of Anarchy (2nd Look)

Maybe I need to finish watching the early seasons (faster, QuikFlix Netflix, faster!)

Okay, am I the only one a wee bit tired of the whole "letters" plot running against Clay? It's like the building up this big, huge, inevitable thing only to fizzle like a stale firecracker. Maybe I don't quite get how damaging these "letters" could be for Clay. I dunno.

Jax. Oh, Jax. Really? The cartel? Jax, at times, showed great promise, then he turns around and does something for his planned exit that makes me -facepalm-. If it was that easy to leave, Jax could have done it way before. Plus, rather than choosing the lesser of two evils, Jax chooses the cartel. (-tired of facepalming so now repetitive headdesking-)

Then again, Clay is not doing so hot either. If ever who deserves an ousting...

Now that Piney's gone (argh), the infamous-never-going-away letters are pretty much history because Tara doesn't look like she'll speak up -again with the facepalm-. But is Clay looking to kill her? The episodes so far seems to be leading towards it. With the letters diminishing in its hold over Clay, Tara's looking to be his biggest obstacle now. Yet she's not taking advantage of this. Yet what was with Clay's last call to the hitman?! I'm almost tempted to mine for spoilers.

I think Netflix needs to hurry with the rest of my DVDs. This is why, of course, I usually start from the beginning but a marathon from FX nixed my tradition. I'm torn between "OMG" and "Eh?". LOL.
