Tutorial! Any Program...
Sorry for the lack of updating! I'm here with a new tutorial! IN ANY PROGRAM! W00T!
Note: All textures used are made by me. The PSD used here was made by PSDelightful.
1. Make a new 100 x 100 canvas. Fill it with any color you like. I chose a lime green (#86CF13).
2. Add this scratch texture at Screen 100%.

3. Now add this texture. Be sure to delete the white parts. Either by the magic wand or marquee tool.

4. Now open a PSD or cut one from the picture you want. If you don't know what a PSD is, it's a picture cut from it's original bg. I used one of Alssandra Ambrosio by PSDelightful.
5. Reduce the height of the PSD to 70 pixels. Sharpen it twice to make sure it's not blurry.
6. Now copy the psd and paste it on the canvas. Drag it under the 2nd texture.
7. Duplicate the PSD layer, drag it to the right and make it smaller.
8. Add this texture at screen 100%
9. Add text if you want. I added 'alessandra' on top of the 2nd texture in Cooper, 11 pt. White. I stroked it 2 px with a darke grey color.
