Spellcast, FictionAlley's podcast, to include reading of my story

I was thrilled this morning to get an email asking for my permission to do a reading of my DH fanfiction "Return to Hogwarts". (In a surprise move, I already replied in the affirmative... haha). It will be so interesting to hear someone else's interpretation and the comments of the reviewers on the show.

Thanks! According to the email I got, they save the podcast and add a link to it on the story page for the story they read. So, yeah. My relatives will be hearing it...

The podcast, which has 1-2 episodes a month, has segments for all sorts of HP/fandom related stuff. Discussions and news updates on the books, movies, actors, and fandom events, story readings, fanart reviews, and the like. It is likely that my story would be the only one read and reviewed in its episode, but the episode will also have other stuff (no idea what, they are still putting it together).

oooh!! I think that is sooo exciting!! I wrote a little bit of fanfic, but never about subjects that anyone enjoyed much. Congratulations!!

Thanks! My favorite subject for fanfic is likely in vogue, post DH. (The story is about Snape in DH).

That's really a big deal, when you think of all the thousands of stories in the HP world! And you'll reach a much larger audience, too.
