Go home, Matt. It's the right place for you.

I really liked this, even if you weren't sure what it was. It was fantastic. Lots of lovely little details.

He's on the way. For chips and ale, obviously. ;)

Aw, thank you very much. I woke up at 8 am, wanted to write Tooth Fairy, and this came out of my head.

Please note the lack of milex .GIF. I felt it wasn't...fitting, but damn, I tried really hard to find an applicable one.

This is so beautiful Ash, I have tears in my eyes. That sense of home and belonging, the thousand mile divide between one world and another, it was seriously heart-wrenching!

You have an unique way of conveying emotion, direct and punching and stunning!

I'm just going to cover you in hugs anyway. *hug hug hug hug hug*

Thank you very much! I'm very happy that you enjoyed the story and felt warmth from it. I think that was my goal (I'm still not quite sure what my goal was, lol) and I'm really pleased that you felt warmth from it.

Thank you so much for reading, leaving a comment, and enjoying it so much. :3 :3

That was devastating. I mean, we´re talking about a man who´s having a double life here. Whose entire -public- life is a fake. It´s so, so sad...I pity him.

*nods* I definitely tried to give this fic a bit of that sentiment because I think that that's a really, really possible scenario we're seeing currently, that the public life we're presented is not representative of the present one.

Thanks for reading and commenting :)

Er...dunno, honey. It´s not something I particulary care about, you know? It´s so irrelevant in my life that I don´t even have an opinion. Can´t be bothered. I read this as a piece of fiction and nothing beyond :)

Sure, I know and understand. I just tried to pick up on some vibes that people around the internet had expressed and use them to color in the story. That's where the story came from, I suppose :)

Maybe you don't know what it is, and I'm not really sure what it is either if I'm honest, but it's really beautiful and emotive.
