and i agree, if you adopt them, you should particularly want them... why would someone do this?

i hate people who abuse/neglect kids. mostly because it will stick with them for the rest of their lives.

If you take in foster children they are taken care of untill they are 18. If they are severely disabled they will bring in a check for the rest of their lives.
