Neighbour update

Sunday's meeting went well largely because neighbour brought his son in law. Have agreed to do small amount of extra work on the basis that that is it and we draw a line underneath.

So not quite happy ever after but we're definitely down from red alert status .

I'm pleased for you that the meeting went well, but I have to ask - do you have anything in writing, or was it a verbal agreement?

I didn't post the detail because it was mind bendingly boring .

I did written meeting notes but didn't circulate them. We don't do the work neighbour wants until almost the very end of the job,so if misbehaviour continues, it won't get done.
