Glad she's finally being recognised for the toxic mess she is. I was on politics LJs for 10 years (where death threats etc were practically "hello") and RH/WFox's entourage was still the worst experience I had (in 2012 - heh, I even found my post about it: http://tyrell.livejournal.com/847819.html) As for boycotting authors, there's one or two who are sadly now friends of friends, who seemed entirely okay with being her pal on twitter during it, and who I now can't read because... assholes.
I don't know how I feel about boycotting authors - I suspect that because I'm concentrating on writers on the target list that I'm less likely to buy ones that aren't especially as I'm reading quite slowly.
But I'm still uncomfortable with an actual boycott because it seems a bit too close to what RH used to do.
Agreed, I mention it more because I found personally that it put me off several authors for life, at least one of whom was previously a favourite. Not calling for the community to do anything, but I'm massively relieved that RH is finally being seen for what she's been all along.
