Have you stumbled across 'a Quine' yet? It's this crazy little formula adapted from Quine's logic that creates self replocating arguments. Programers use em to make self replocating programs.
I'm still reiling from the whole Language/mathamatics via logic thing. Have you figured out the mapping functions for contigencies in truth tables yet? I've got Carnap's intro and it's a bastard to follow. I'm getting my head around the logic gates but there's a jump between understanding them, then mapping arguments with them, particularly when you get analogies, incosistant implications (as apposed to materlistic) dysjunctive equivalance, and poorly worded statments that are really hard to break down into composite propositons or simple statements.
Have you gone on to do any mroe logic stuff? I'm trying to find other people intrested but mostly everyone I've spoken too seems ambivelant, espically from the course.
