Chii had bought just about every item of hair care and clothing that she could carry with her to prepare for Andy's Birthday Party. She Compiled everything with her in a box and made her way up the stairs to the second floor. She tripped, and fell over the second to last stairs, crashing to the ground, her things spilling on the floor. " Why me?"

((OOC - Before I comment I need to know where exactly is her apartment. I know Andy is near the bad part of town so its not the Nakamura's building since they are dead center of it in one of the lowest housing ones but it could be Rei's cousin but I just want to know if it was intended to be near anyone? Sorry weird question but can you find out for me.))

((I'm not quite sure exactly... But we can assume it's noit in the LR territory, on account that someone from kaz's gang was here, but wasn't bothered by shige. sooo, I suppose we'll have to leave it to imagination untill andy figures it out, lest she already has.))

((I never intended Andy to live near anyone in particular, to be certain, I never thought this might come up. I guess she could be near someone, but I don't know who lives where so I couldn't really say who she could live near. hope that helps, if not, I'm sorry))

Andy, among many other tenants of the building, glanced out her door suspiciously upon hearing the clatter in the hall. As she soon realized it was Chii who was kneeling at the top of the stairs, Andy opened her door completely, went to her side, leaning and helping out. As she picked items up she looked them over before placing them in the box. Soon she sat stunned by the many articles of clothing and the different hair dyes. There’s enough here for a group of people… She’s throwing me a party?!?Worry bothered her, but did not show in her features, as she considered all of the things that could go wrong. But this is Chii. She wouldn’t do anything too big… would she? These and many other thoughts continued to overwhelm Andy until she realized they had finished gathering everything together. Helping Chii to carry everything into the apartment, Andy looked questioningly at the items in the box

"Um, I'm really Really sorry about that horrible mess outside... it was supposed to be a surprise, but I guess you have see all my little secrets!" Chii said with a nervous laugh. She couldnt help thinking that this whole thing was for herself rather than Andy... but she shook the thought as soon as it came. "I planned a little makeover!" Chii said, rather exitedly. Her smile twitched as she dumped the bag of cosmetics and clothing on the floor in front of them. "I guess I may have brought too much... I honestly don't know who all will show..."
