on the drier side

We were on the drier side of Ike when it came through northern Texas.  We got some rain and wind, but no worse than during a thunderstorm.  Even the pecan trees kept all their branches.  The maps looked as if the farm got about the same thing.  We'll find out when we get back up there.

Since it was too wet to mow, we ended up going shopping - at Fry
