I have a whole Thanksgiving recipe/ritual that allows you to prepare almost everything up to three weeks ahead of time. It's wonderful ... I'm sitting around today with just the turkey in the oven and waiting until 4 pm to start reheating other stuff.

I can share it with you if'n you want. It makes life extremely easy. *sips gin & tonic*
