I know everybody hates unsolicited advice, but my BIL told me this when I had chest pain, and though I totally poo-poohed it, it turned out he was right.
Tell Tygrr to try cutting out caffeine. I went through all the fancy tests and finally gave my BIL's silly caffeine theory a try, and I haven't had a problem since (except the occasional times that I slide back into my old habits). Once I realized the problem, I added it back in until I started having problems, and found my limit. For me, it's two Diet Cokes a day, and I can occasionally add a 32-ounce fountain drink to that (with lots of ice). I know, that's not much; I'm really sensitive to caffeine. But it's worth a try to get that old heart muscle to settle down.
And congrats on the shrink news!! Wow! Good for you! Ditto on the troll's schooling. I'm delighted to hear how happy you are. :-)
