Well, done with writing the first draft! Now I have four weeks to edit it, print it and bind it - it's a family history and will be a christmas present for my eldest daughter...:)

I did something similar three years ago. It was a travelogue of a trip to Italy I took with my father-in-law (he died two weeks after we returned). I wrote it between August and November, did Nano (my first year), then edited and printed it in December. It was CRAZY. But doable, and a lovely, one-of-a-kind gift.
