We're in the same cheap christmas boat. Everyone told us to not worry about gifts, but it makes me feel like a huge jerk! We just tried to be really creative instead. Also, Snapfish.com has had a ton of amazing deals on photo gifts, so I got two Marshall 2009 calendars for about $20 total. I've also printed tons of photos. I really recommed them, Snapfish is awesome. If you check it out and want to sign up, let me email you an invitation. If you sign up through that email, I get 20 free prints.
