I didn't like 'The Hand That Feeds' when I first heard it but it's steadily growing on me... yes, I'll definitely be out buying the new album when it hits the shops.
I finally got the DVD single yesterday. HMV Richmond had decided to display it above the DVDs rather than with the singles. Bah! Anyway, I didn't care much for it when I first heard it, but its growing on me in it's New Order-ish early eighties way. There's a part of me at the moment though that is slightly pleased that I didn't pay over the odds to see 'em live though, the set list was mainly new material, which I've heard mixed views about. Oh well, I guess we'll know what's what when Uncle Trent gives us his new pressie on May 2nd, (And then we get our latest, and last, from Uncle George on May 19th).
Boring bit of trivia - John (Fred Flintstone) Goodman has just bought Trent's old house in New Orleans. Don't quite know what he's planning to do with it though...
No, that's an interesting bit of trivia! I hope Trent remembered to let everybody know his new address, otherwise John Goodman might get woken up at some unearthly hour by a drunken Marilyn Manson looking for a fight.
