This weekend has been a good and bad one, the good is that I had my school orientation and this is REAL!!!! I will be going to culinary school. Yay for culinary school! Your tool kit looks awesome. There are many nifty gadgets. I'm not sure about your other classes, but ServSafe is easy. Just be sure to have a good handle on cooking temperatures and food-born illnesses, bacteria and those chapters. Most of the rest is common sense =)
