I went to the chiropractor and it helped. He said I had a disc pushing out of place and that was squeezing a nerve. :(

A lot of the time, I tend to think in a one-sided conversation, where I'll make comments to myself or ask questions, try to think out the answer in an explanation.

Lol, the reason I'm only just now trying to get back into posting here, after many many months of being gone, is that I don't really do anything worth posting about , either.

I've practiced conversations whilst driving in my car. It's something I've had to curtail since having kids, but I still do in my head. It helps work through some social anxiety.

And makes it worse in other situations.
