Arrgh. Yeah. I "came out" with my yaoi fic writing to my dear, beloved, and thoroughly hetero husband. He was actually pretty cool with it - confused, but not defensive, not too weirded out... I think explaining that two turned-on guys are even more fun than one sort of put things into a perspective :-) AWKWARD!!

Oh wow, that is a conversation I am not necessarily looking forward to having with the future boyfriend (providing I am not single in perpetuity :p). A few of my RL friends know, a couple because I told them, a couple because moving house sometimes means people finding your yaoi collection.

I think in the end guys should be understanding, because I can't hang out with straight boys for very long without being reminded that they like girl on girl action as much as I like boy on boy. So really, they shouldn't throw stones.
