well craig and I finally have a haus, pending finance. it's a nice place, but it will be a lifestyle change for both of us.

this means that i will probably break my current lease and leave mt hawthorn place around august.

and i'll be missing my mt hawthorn haus so much ! i really love it and i love being so close to the city and mt lawley.

my new house is in caversham quite close to bassendean train station which further away and so not as classy as my current one *whinge*

You generally have to fork out money- cost me and Marky about $300 all up I think- you have to repay the let fee, plus advertising costs and for some reason our asshole RE agent also charged an additional $100 admin fee which I think was just a scam. Helps if you have someone to take over your existing lease I think?
