Parenting

Parenting sometimes takes all my energy. Other times, it gives me energy. Tonight it was a taker.

I can think of nothing substantive to add here, other than, "Yep." It gets better, though. *hug*

Thanks. Poor little thing...we just didn't communicate well...or rather I just didn't understand her well that night. We've gotten better...or should I say, I've gotten better and understanding what the cries mean. The cries change from time to time as she develops, gets more 'vocal', etc. And the other night it was a situation where I thought she was telling me one thing when in fact she was telling me something totally different.
