I really love your writing. It's so very descriptive; you paint the scenes flawlessly. That sounds so cheesy, doesn't it? But I really mean it. You have a way of describing scenes and scenery that I really lack. I depend way too much on my pictures or the assumption that people know what my characters look like. With your stuff, I can see everything in front of my as if there was a picture there :)
Oh, what a wonderful compliment *squee* I'm glad you got the picture. it's so vivid in my mind; two little girls sitting in a tree silhouetted by a setting sun... I'm really happy I described what was in my mind's eye.
I haven't written about it yet but Moria suffers from severe asthma. Aggravated by the damp climate in England. Such sicknesses of the lungs were almost a death sentence for most children. Since vigorous activity and excitement can cause flair ups and attacks (and no rescue inhalers in sight), most were considered sickly and doomed to quiet, still childhoods spent indoors. Which only made their conditions worse since their bodies never got used to the rigors of any type of exercise. Moria spends much of her life wrapped in cotton wool out of her family's desire to protect her.
