I don't usually upload homes I've built because I'm MEGA lazy about keeping track of all the CC I use and what the user policies are on sharing them. I mean, I could just package the lot and say to heck with it but I'd feel like a douche. If you're simply interested in the floor plan, I could package it empty.

I totally understand your feelings about uploading CC from others. But your school would be amazing even empty, so yes, I would like that, please, with a cherry on top ;) And I'll make sure to credit you whenever it appears in something I publish.
