Is it by any chance for lotus? Just asking since she'd asked me about certing a prodigy02 for her earlier today and want to make sure I'm not possibly certing 2 of the same card for the same person. XD

Just a note, I'll be certing Petals18 now for Scatter10 now...but the Petals07 won't be certed for until I get 2 more people to get in on the A-cert. That's okay...right? Plus, that'll leave you free to change what you want for a little while longer if need be.
