Is it a bad sign when you've been up all night and you're exhausted but you can't sleep, all you can do is lay there and think about elevations and floorplans and angles and textures and cantilevered beams?

no, it just means your brain's working overtime and you need to either get drunk or take a sleeping pill. *L*

I totally hear you.
I took a nap yesterday, and I fell asleep (only slept 4 hours Sun. night)...but I dreamed of my students. One by one, they came to me with their completed worksheets to ask what they should do next.

arrrrgh.
NOT restful.

You're too cute ;)
At least you're being productive. I lay there thinking, I have to sleep I have to sleep I have to sleep I have to sleep I have to sleep I have to sleep I have to sleep I have to sleep I have to sleep I have to sleep...

Oh, that's the worst! When I get like that I take a couple of shots of 151 and down a big ole glass of water.
