I love your reasoning for your version of Ryan's harshness to Tony, it adds a nice hint of continuity to everything. Also love the interpretation of the warehouse as an actuallwarehouse, big open space, Tony all alone = heartstrings being pulled left, right and centre. And the search party idea, nice touch!
Ryan smiled a little. "Redirection service. You can thank Colin for being smart enough to think of that one. I know I will, as often as I can."
Tony looked confused, but was prevented from answering by a mild coughing fit. The pained expression reminded Ryan of just how weak Tony was, and he knew any fuller explanation would have to go on hold.
Hee, thank you *hands cookies, and tissues if needed* I'm glad I did the prompt justice.
I couldn't have Ryan hare off by himself - in my head, Colin would be the only one who knows why Ryan behaves as he does, and would be the first person Ryan would call for help. (Even when they're not paired, can't ignore the fact that they're best friends.) Paul got roped in because I needed a Brit contact.
Anyhoo, glad you enjoyed and thanks for posting the prompt :)
You, missy, are never allowed to write something that cute and utterly sad as that again D: I'm at school for Christ sake, I can't start crying in the middle of a room with my best friend and a teacher next to me D:
Oh, so lovely, and I just LOVE the way you write all the WL-ers, they're just so realistic D:
*Sniff* Amazing. Love Ryan's character, love how Colin stuck by him (and good for you making them friends but not lovers in this fic- not that i dont adore ryan/colin, but you steered away from that) and love how feeble Tony was. I love a bit of Ryan/Tony. More please!!! :)
Hee, thank you :D I admit to being primarily Ryan/Colin, but I also have a bit of a thing for Ryan/Tony too. But as I said above, even if they're not paired I like to have the friendship there.

P.S. I also need to say - can't wait to read the next part. :)

Great passage, that. All in all, hats off to you.

I'm glad you enjoyed it, though, and I'm glad my WL capabilities stretch further than Tony and Greg. *huggles them all*

I'm a soppy git anyway :D
Oooh, yes, they stretch much, much further :D
